By using our Services and opting in to SMS reminders, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above.
1. Introduction
Real Psychiatric Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform for psychiatric services — including online therapy sessions and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”).
2. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
We understand that our use of Google API Services requires full compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Accordingly, we commit that:
- We will use Google user data solely to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in our application.
- We will not use Google user data for any other purpose, including (but not limited to) serving ads, tracking users, or reselling data.
- We will ensure all use of Google user data complies with applicable laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
3. Use of Services
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and throughout your care.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including—but not limited to—HIPAA.
4. Data Collection and Use
We collect and use data in accordance with our HIPAA Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data as outlined in those policies.
5. Security
We implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect user data obtained through Google API Services and through our own platform, including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Strict access controls
- Periodic security audits
6. SMS/MMS Messaging Program Terms
- Opt‑In Consent: You will only receive SMS/MMS messages if you explicitly opt in (e.g., by checking an unchecked consent box in our appointment-request form or by enrolling via our SMS Preferences page).
- Opt‑Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, calling 614‑427‑3205, or emailing [email protected].
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us by phone or email.
- Message Content: Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional information relevant to your care.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
