Who we help

Trauma-informed psychiatric care for those who served and the experiences they carry.

Combat-related PTSD

Symptoms tied to deployment, combat exposure, and the transition home.

Military sexual trauma (MST)

Sensitive, respectful care, including from a clinician with sexual assault nurse examiner training.

Complex PTSD (C-PTSD)

Layered trauma and the sleep, mood, and hypervigilance symptoms that come with it.

How we care for veterans

Care is led by board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP-BC) who understand high-stress, high-stakes environments. Our founder spent years as an EMT before psychiatry; another of our clinicians brings critical-care, emergency, and trauma training. That background shows up as steadiness and respect, not jargon.

We focus on psychiatric medication management for PTSD and the symptoms that ride along with it, sleep disruption, nightmares, hypervigilance, irritability, and depressed or anxious mood, and we coordinate with your VA care and your therapist when you want us to. We are LGBTQ+ affirming and we meet you where you are.
