Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your mobile number (e.g., in an online or paper form), you voluntarily consent to receive SMS messages, which may be sent using an automated system.

Users who opt in can expect to receive approximately one message per week, though frequency may vary based on:

No Transfer of Consumer Data to External Organizations
We do not transfer consumer data to external organizations under any circumstances, even with user consent.

- Healthcare-related messages only: appointment reminders, scheduling, service updates

- Service providers: carriers and SMS service platforms may receive message content solely to deliver messages and comply with 10DLC regulations
Opt-Out and Support
- Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.
